The article greatly focuses on the importance of preventive approaches as a treatment for traumatic stress disorders. Through critical analysis of other conducted researches, the author is able to classify the most effective approaches that can be used in the treatment and prevention of most stress disorder condition. Through literature review and discussion section, the author elaborates mainly on the fact that, anxiety disorders greatly affects parts of the brain, the conditions can be treated. For example, of PTSD entails educational approach. Discussion section continues and elaborates that explaining the nature of the disorder to the victim and trying to help them understand the nature of their challenges. Provision of the supportive working environment is critical as a treatment to the patient. Various treatment approaches like cognitive therapy, exposure therapy, pharmacotherapy and cognitive therapy have been found to be more effective than others. The study is in conclusion with the agreement of use of education as an appropriate approach in the treatment of the traumatic disorders. Providing education, creating a safety zone is one of the most critical approaches in helping the victim to recover. Education is critical as it helps the patients to recover. The article critically emphasis the importance of the educational approach in the treatment of trauma-related conditions.
