Write an essay: Stress is a normal part of people’s lives. Your first task in writing this essay, is to discuss life changes and or daily hassles as a source of stress. Use psychological theory and research evidence to explain this aspect of stress. Next, there are several methods used to manage the negative effects of stress. Methods used to manage stress can be biological or psychological. Discuss two or more methods of stress management and provide theoretical explanations and research evidence to show their effectiveness.
